- Gases Acetylene (C2H2)

Acetylene (C2H2)

Acetylene is a colorless, flammable gas with an odor similar to garlic. Acetylene is synthetic gas produced from reaction of Calcium Carbide and water which is shipped and stored in cylinders with dissolved Acetone. PT Dwigasindo Abadi supply Acetylene in cylinders with various capacities. Acetylene is commonly used for metal cutting, welding and fruit ripening, although it has many other uses.

- Gases Argon(Ar)

Argon (Ar)

Argon is two and one half times as soluble in water as Nitrogen, having about the same solubility as Oxygen. It is used in electric light and also used as inert gas shield for arch welding and cutting, as blanketing gas for the production of Titanium and other reactive elements, and as a protective atmosphere for growing Silicon and Germanium crystals. Argon is colorless, odorless, both as gas and liquid. Argon is considered to be an inert gas. AGI supplies Argon in liquid and gas form. .

 - Gases Carbondioxide (CO2)

Carbondioxide (CO2)

Carbon Dioxide is an atmospheric gas composed of one Carbon and two Oxygen atoms. A very widely known chemical compound, it is frequently called by its formula CO2. Carbon Dioxide is a normal part of our earth’s atmosphere. It is the gas that we exhale during breathing and the gas that plants use in photosynthesis. It is also the same gas commonly added to water to make soda water. AGI supplies Carbon Dioxide in liquid form or in gas, and also in its solid state (commonly known as Dry Ice)..

- Gases Nitrogen (N2)

Nitrogen (N2)

Nitrogen is a true “all-rounder“ among gases. The application of Nitrogen gas is based on the exploitation of two basic characteristics, either individually or together: either Nitrogen’s low reactivity or its temperature in cryogenic liquefied form. In its liquefied form (at a temperature of -196°C) Nitrogen is a refrigerating agent with numerous applications. Thus, for example, it is used to freeze foods, to recycle composite materials, to preserve biological materials, as a coolant in the treatment of rheumatism, and as a refrigerant for cryosurgery. As a so-called “protective gas“, Nitrogen displaces the Oxygen in the air, which can be damaging or even hazardous to many processes. In gas form, it is used as modified atmosphere gas, shielding gas in chemical, petrochemical and agro industry also for tire filling..
